For iPhone & Apple Watch
OneTwo Running records everything you do on foot: jogging, walking, hiking and Nordic walking. With voice feedback, photos on your map and Apple Watch. No subscription, no account, no ads.
A simulated run that runs entirely in your browser. Route, pace, elevation and heart rate are made up, no location is requested. In the app the values come from GPS, the barometer and Apple Watch. The demo is a simplified simulation: the look and flow of the app differ in detail.
Pick a sport, press and hold Start and watch. In the demo time runs 30 times faster.
No photos yet. Tap the camera during the run.
The first entries are examples. Runs you save from the simulator appear at the top and stay in this browser only.
Tick off what you have done. Your progress stays in this browser only.
A workflow that fits in your jacket pocket.
Jogging, walking, hiking or Nordic walking. Each sport has its own stats and a matching auto-pause.
Press and hold Start. The app keeps recording with the screen locked and resumes after an unexpected close.
Voice feedback, live map with elevation profile, photos along the route and live stats on Apple Watch.
Everything lands in your log. Optionally as a workout in Apple Health, synced through iCloud or exported as a GPX file.
OneTwo Running is lean on purpose: it knows exactly four sports and records them cleanly.
Your pace big and clear, announcements per kilometer, auto-pause at the traffic light.
From a stroll to a city walk, recorded just as cleanly.
Altitude, ascent and descent (with the barometer where available) and photos along the trail.
Its own stats and its own auto-pause for your pole stride.
The map shows your route while you go. Afterwards it sits as a small picture in your log.
Your track appears live on the Apple map, in standard, satellite or hybrid style. The map needs internet.
Altitude and ascent use the barometer where the device has one. Inaccurate GPS points and outliers are filtered out.
It turns with your heading, keeps north up or shows the whole route.
The detail view shows every kilometer on its own.
In the Activities tab: all activities grouped by day or sport, with totals and a small route picture, searchable, sortable and filterable.
The built-in camera with flash, zoom and camera switch opens without leaving your recording.
Listen instead of looking: OneTwo Running speaks up when there is something to say.
Version 1.0 comes for iPhone (iOS 18 or later) and Apple Watch (watchOS 11 or later), not for iPad or Mac.
If you like (off by default), activities and photos plus units and auto-pause sync through your private iCloud account. If the same activity was changed on two devices, you decide which version to keep. Try it:
Evening run Note: rain from kilometer 4
Evening by the river Sport: Walking
If you turn on heart rate in Settings, the app reads your heart rate with your permission and saves finished activities as workouts.
Everything stays on your device if you do not turn on sync.
Heart rate values are not synced through iCloud.
No ads, no analytics. No data is sent to the developer.
In the background, location is used only while a recording you started is running; otherwise only to show your position in the Map tab.
Optional sync uses your private iCloud database only.
Everything else is in the privacy policy.

No. The Watch app is an extra and a remote control: start, pause and finish from your wrist, plus live stats and heart rate. Recording happens on the iPhone; the Watch does not record its own route. The app reads heart rate from Apple Watch or Apple Health; you turn heart rate on in Settings.
Recording continues. If the app is closed unexpectedly, it resumes the recording the next time you open it.
With voice feedback turned on (Settings, off by default) you hear your time and average pace after every kilometer or mile, plus a summary when you pause and after saving. The Announce button reads out the time, distance, duration and best pace whenever you like, even when voice feedback is off.
Yes, every activity can be exported as a GPX file.
